The following rules apply when placing bets on 247bet and cover all bet types — including Sports Betting, casino, and live betting.

General Rules for Placing Bets:

• A bet cannot be cancelled once placed; however, a cash-out option may be available in certain cases.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each category and may vary accordingly.
• Bets must be confirmed before the odds change. The odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• 247bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect odds.

If an event is cancelled or postponed:

• If a match or event is cancelled before it begins, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If an event is partially completed, settlement will be carried out in accordance with 247bet's established rules.
• In the event of a technical failure during live betting, all affected bets will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.

The following policies apply to all financial transactions on 247bet and must be followed for both deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. For bKash and Nagad, the minimum deposit is BDT 50.
• Deposited funds may take up to 5 minutes to reflect in your account.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, the funds will be automatically returned to the source account.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, with certain exceptions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals to mobile banking are generally processed instantly to within 30 minutes.
